Items not eligible for Returns

Return of items is not permissible under the following circumstances:

  • Items/products not reported or returned within the specified time frame.
  • Perishable goods cannot be returned except a cogent reason is raised at the point of delivery with a confirmation in video format from the dispatcher.
  • Products that have been altered from their original form, or opened by an authorized personnel without permission.
  • Beauty products, health and personal care category.
  • Jewelry, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
Refund & Replacement Process

Reach out to our customer support within Seven (7) days weekends inclusive of receiving your order to make your complaint. Failure to lodge your complaint within the given time frame forfeit your right to make a request for refund or replacement and also implies your satisfaction with such product.
